Mfc is not loyal to their Customers

I have a 60 month contract for motor vehicle finance. I have requested a settlement quote for in just over 39 months of finance with them. I got a quote where they just deducted +-R8000 off the balance that I was owing. on seeing that I called them to request a further discount seeing that I was a loyal customer for over 39 months, they refused me point blank saying that they cant give me a further discount. they will only give me a discount if I am refinancing another vehicle with them. They supposed to recalculate the interest over 39 months when I requested the quote and I would have got a better settlement value. I have since paid the settlement value in full that they quoted. BUT I WILL NEVER FINANCE ANYTHING WITH MFC AGAIN EVER.
