MFC is not fair at all. not happy

MFC/Nedbank useless

i asked for settlemet letter last week and they gave me amount of R84750.14 which i paid. now they want me to pay extra R4700 before they can close my accout and issues me with a paid-up letter. is not fair to me because i did ask for settlement letter, i did not just pay.

now their telling me that their system calculated it wrong. and i sold my car according to their settlement amount. is not fair to me. now i have to pay extra.

why nedbank system works agaist me. is not my problem. nedbank should modify their system.

i expect nedbank to sort this issue out.
