MFC IS INHUMANE WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE

So, I logged a complaint on MFC a short while ago. On MFC's side, there is no arrangement in place - and they take A YEAR TO PHONE ME and let me know. I paid R500 less on my installment every month so I am in arrears with just over R5000. They are once again planning to send tracers to my house to collect my car. How ridiculous is this as I have been paying my car every month as per the agreement that I know of but MFC decided to discard. When you phone MFC to resolve this, you hold on the line for 45 minutes, just to get cut OFF!!! Their staff is rude and unhelpful and it seems like that is a norm that runs through the whole entity. It is disgusting how inhumane and cruel they are.
