MFC IS INCONSIDERATE

I bought a car about 2 years ago through a dealership Autohaus Angel - Bellville and it was financed through MFC. After having the car for 3 months it started having mechanical issues. The dealership refused to fix the car saying i broke the car. I took the case to MIOSA, but nothing came from it because of a delay in response. in the meantime i had to repair my car with my own money and i started being behind with repayments to MFC. Every second month the car would have issues. thus far i paid over R 30 000 to fix the car. I have let MFC know of this, but they were not considerate. this year the engine started giving issues and i had to borrow money to fix the car. i received a summons letter from a lawyer during lockdown stating im in arrears i emailed to ask if i can pay the arrears off and they responded saying they will get back to me when lockdown is over. the car was just fixed, within a half and hour the sherriff came to collect the car. i had to wait almost 2 weeks for the bank to get back to me with a settlement amount. i eventually paid an amount whilst waiting for the bank to get back to me but not a full amount because i cant afford to pay R 160 000.00 . i asked if i can pay it off but it was said no. so what about the money that i paid sofar? and to top it off the car is a imported engine which i was not told about and the description of the car is wrong. MFC is really inconsiderate. Dont they inspect the cars or dealerships before financing?
