MFC is *********** to do a simple request

I requested vehicle duplicate documents and change of ownership documentation. On the enatis system at the licencing department it clearly states that MFC is the current title holder. Despite this and sending the proof to them they are addament that they are not title holder and refuse to get me my duplicate papers and only they can obtain it from licencing department. So either they can not read or the just dont want to help anyone or that department are just plain *********** to do the work. I need my vehicle papers to sell the vehicle. Its been more than 2 weeks after I paid the amount requested by MFC to obtain the papers.
