MFC is horrible
MFC is the worst company to deal with. I settled my vehicle in September 2019 , they listed me in ITC and refuse to remove the listing although the fault was at their fault. I am frustrated from the calls and emails i have sent and promises that the listing would be removed from ITC. I have missed opportunities to purchase a house and expand my business due to their incompetency.
Their services is horrible and pathetic , they trap customers by any means possible. I have contacted the ombudsman for the bank , but MFC is a difficult company to work with. This issue has affected my business and personal life in more ways than i can count.

29 Jul 2020, 07:53Someone useless and clueless called me and was of no help. Please get someone trained and professional to get this matter sorted as a matter of urgency. The agent even had the adversity to ask me to send them proof that I was listed I mean how *********** can your staff be . This is going to be bad. I want this dealt with before I take matters into my own hands do the research and know what is happening before getting any random guy to call me
