MFC is full of ****

we tried to settle our account with MFC and last year August we reached a settlement amount which was great. We paid for a couple of months and the requested a statement of the account from the attorneys that we handling the account and after numerous follow ups the statement never came.

A couple of months later, MFC has appointed new attorneys to handle the case and they are coming back to us to say we still owe them the same amount before the settlement.

MFC is ripping us off for every cent we have. I don't understand why we have to keep paying them when they don't even update their own records.

tried to call them at they referred us back to Legal track who has the wrong information on our accounts.

it is so unfair that even when you are trying to pay you are still being treated like **** and people who don't pay get away with a lot.

I will be taking this matter to the Banking Ombudsman to help me take MFC to task.
