MFC is disgustful

I am very disgusted at how *********** MFC has turned out. My husband and I are trying to purchase a new car and now the bank is saying that my husband does not pay on time each month. Only to find out that the payment date they added onto his account is the 31st of each month and he gets paid on the 1st of the month. Each month his payment for the car we currently have does go off of his bank account and it shows successful on our side. Now they making his name bad however the fault is on their end. THIS IS NOT A GOOD BANK ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
