MFC is demanding R19,900 yet I'm on debt review through the National Debt Counsellors

I app**** for Debt Review through the National Debt Counsellors early this year in March and the whole process was approved, and the reason for my application for the Debt Review was that I'm now a single mother of 2 and I wanted to secure my car.

Allistair Appalsamy then sent me the 17.1 form on the 14th of March showing the Credit Providers they were going to distribute the money through to (Please see attached), with MFC being listed as one of them. Since the end of April, NDC has been debiting my account, at first we made an agreement for them to debit R2,400 so they could distribute to my Credit Providers. Last month I then received an SMS from FNB saying I owed them and they hadn't been receiving any payment towards my loan, but National Debt Counsellors were already debiting my account and sending me statements. I then consulted the Consultant who's handling my account now (Raymond Naidoo) and he then admitted that FNB hadn't agreed to what they were offering them, and I asked him why I was never told. I then agreed to them increasing the debit order amount from R2,400 to R3,000 and they debited my account with R3,000 at the end of June on the 27th to cater for FNB.

Last week Friday the 14th of July 2017 I received a stressful call from Lebo from MFC saying I owe MFC R19 900.00 for my vehicle because I haven't paid MFC and the last time I paid was last year December 2016 and they were working on taking legal action against me and lifting the vehicle. I got shocked and called Raymond Naidoo to explain what was going on because from my side I know I've been paying towards MFC and I've got statements to prove that and Raymond calls monthly to confirm receipt of payment. He then said he would look into the issue and then sent me an e-mail on Saturday afternoon (15th of July 2017) saying MFC would like to increase my debit order by R381.54 and I responded on Monday the 17th of July in the morning saying I was happy with the increase. Shortly after my response I received another e-mail from Raymond saying I needed to contact Rene to arrange payment of R19 900.00 which I owed MFC. I then contacted Rene on ********** ”.

Rene then told me that I needed to pay the R19 900.00 by this Friday the 21st of July and she said even if I contacted lawyers for legal advise that wouldn't take the arrears away. Rene from MFC claims that ever since I bought my car I've only paid for it, which is a lie. she told me they need their vehicle back. I keep asking myself why they've been silent if I owed them? I then contacted Alistair back and told him I was about to contact Clientelle, the suggested I go-ahead, some few minutes later he called asking how much I can put together by Wednesday the 19th of July 2017 to pay MFC and I told him I don't have any money and can't even approach any Bank for a loan since I'm on Debt review and my mum can't assist either coz I helped her apply for Debt Review as well.

I've reached a dead-end and I've been receiving calls from Lebo from MFC asking me to pay by Friday and send PoP or else they are taking the car.

My concern is, I've been paying for all these months but MFC says they never accepted my Debt Review, where has the money been going to? Why wasn't I told on time when they rejected the offer with National Debt Counsellors? Why was MFC not contacting me for all these months to tell me that I owe them and haven't been paying since December? It's sad because I feel like I'm not being treated fairly and MFC once repossessed my car last year October, they want to do it again now and I'm sure I might lose it as I no longer have another source of income except my salary which is way lower than what they are demanding by Friday. I feel like MFC and the National Debt Counsellors are working hand-in-hand to rob me, because Raymond Naidoo from the National Debt Counsellors has just said from next month I'll be paying R2000+ and Rene from MFC also told me on Tuesday that after paying R19,900 by this Friday the 21st of July 2017, from August they will need me to pay R2,556? How am I to pay all this money? I'm being ****** here and seems these people are used to taking advantage of other people for their own gain. I also feel like some people in these two different companies didn't do their jobs properly, they never communicated and now I'm suffering because of all this. Raymond Naidoo from the National Debt Counsellors has just told me that they can't help me going forward, BUT they will definitely debit my account with R3,000 next week on the 27th of July 2017. The National Debt Counsellors always claims to offer debt relief, but actually they are robbing poor people.

Can someone please assist me in this issue. I need to know where the money that my statements show has been going to MFC, has been going to? Please assist.
