MFC is a so insensitive

It’s been 7 months since my father passed on, and the level of treatment we have received from MFC has been extremely inhumane and uncaring. We submitted all required documentation for them to settle my fathers car including the letter of executorship. We required the natis from them and a refund for the money we had been paying before the car was settled. Each and every day it’s a different document that is outstanding, we send them through and still the following day an ID or death certificate is outstanding. How, when we have sent MFC all the documents from the day my father passed on. You guys don’t care at all about clients. My mother is going through the worst time and your company has treated us really unfairly and without any compassion or care.
