MFC is a ****

I asked for a settlement quote last month 16 Aug for my car and it was R131k, so today 15 Sep I requested another quote and is now R132k after paying for 2 months(Aug and Sep) I then requested a face 2 face appointment with MFC but I was told it is not possible to visit them in Edenvale. Nedbank do not have answers and I cannot even neg with them as I want to settle my account. I currently have R120k and I was expecting it to be around that figure after paying for 2 months...Imagine being advise to pay wat I have when you want to settle. I am very hurt with MFC and I don't think I will ever use them again.
