MFC IS A *******
Mfc charging Penalty fee for settlement. Good day I am not happy with mfc charging me a penalty fee for settlement my account statement shows a capital outstanding R272000 and my settlement is showing R277000 guys I'm not happy with this and I want the settlement to be dropped around the R272000 mark. When I called in the lady said it will take 3 months to get a reply on an email for the penalty to be canceled. Guys I cannot wait so long as I need to settle immediately. Before month end. Please can I have this issue sorted out immediately. Thank you
