MFC IS A REAP-OFF AND DOESN'T CARE!!!

Got involved in a minor accident and the money to repair is over than the insured amount. Insurance is willing to pay their percentage and I will pay the shortfall, the only confirmation they need from MFC is that the car will be financed as it is financed now. I first spoke to a Kabelo, then her manager Molebogeng Mathebula, Nicole Greeves now it’s with Thina Rwaai. Thina has been engaging her manager for this simple letter/confirmation, she’s none responsive to emails, no longer take my calls. All I want to do is to keep the car but they want to financially inconvenience me by allowing the insurance to take the car and I continue PAYING them for the car I don’t have. This is a total reap-off and I’m starting to believe other people’s experiences with MFC. It’s really sad when you’re treated as a number yet you never miss/skip a payment.
