MFC is a Racial and uncustomerly inhumane

Im still strugling with MFC staff, one day im phoned lets help you,then they disappear ,MFC fies not assist MFC customers in any way no matter what you're circomstances ,they add R500 a month minimum against your account everytime they send you a message ,even if it's everyday,they don't care ,they dont have a customer care service,they dont gave any Afrikaans speaking people working at MFC,so if their staff attacks you ,are rude and threatened you theres no way in reporting them,there us no complaints department,they change my words and say i refuse to pay,my account gas been mire than 2 years with communications, but staff dont do notes due to tgey have been rude , recordings dont exist,but are arrogant to do i **** notes on my account,these People has been handing me over for 2 years now doubled my debt,and still attacks me ,when phoning,the other day,u was asked security questions,where i told them im unemployed,the lady attacked me directly but where do i get the money I'm paying on my account?in no such maner wil i be attacked ,by doing security questions, today i was called by an afrikaans person,no security questions,directly why di i refuse to iay my MFC account!u will nit shut up and take the attacks .i was refused any help the last 2years,2weeks ago uma guy called and said we can gelo me,then u trued fetting that person connected,no way,i was wasting my money by phoning palookas , now um handed over everyday. nothing happens to their rude staff,just because i owe Nedbank
