MFC is a ****MER

My car is finised by MFC from December of 2021 and i have been insured by MiWay Car insurance since 01 April 2022 to date. I recently discovered that i've been debited more than what i supposed to pay monthly for my car instalment. I tried to call MFC for clarification and i was told that my car installment is high because MFC also debiting for car insurance and i don't understand why MFC is debiting my account for a car insurance whereas i've been having car insurance with MiWay insurance.

MFC asked me to send confirmation of cover with MiWay car insurance which i did send on the 30th Jul 26 and asked MFC to refund me the money they have been debiting from my account and i was advised that i need to wait for 7 - 14 working days and the time has passed without my refund.

Yesterday i phone MFC to follow up on my refund and i spoke to Alexandra Adams who confirmed that my refund was not processed and its only now it's going to be processed and i feel like MFC does not want to refund my money as the MFC consultants will tell me different stories and I requested that i get my refund as i cannot pay 2 insurances for 1 car at the same time.

Kindly refund my money from July 2024 to July 2026 and stop debiting my account for the car insurance i did not agree to take with MFC.
