MFC is a ****

I made extra payment on my MFC account and they have decided to reduce the term and give me 11 with no instalment which I did not agree to. I have been calling and sending endless emails that I do not want them to reduce the terms and I do not want to stay 11 months without paying the instalment.

They keep on telling me to pay extra amount to lower my instalment and saying something about the balloon payment. They do not want to discuss the issue of my extra payment and why they have decided to take to Amend by policy by giving me 11 months with no instalment.

I have never asked for 11 months free period but they decided for me with my money because they want to benefit.
