Mfc **** insurance

Mfc increased my installment without my consent, They are claiming to have added motor happy as my insurance which i dont think that's the case its a just a way to milk more money from me, i asked for proof that i am insured by motor happy they couldn't provide proof, on my statement it does show anywhere were it shows insurance it only shows the installment amount
