Mfc innovation worst company to deal with!!!!

I am totally disgusted at this company ...I took a service plan with u guys for my car when I took it I was advised that I can cancel it when I want etc only now when my service plan has expired I notice that the amount is still going off my account only to realise when I phoned them they tell me that they added the amount to my finance and that I have to pay that amount of r200 till my finance is paid off.

I would like you guys to pull the recording of the call because I was not advised about this
