One of the worst out there. STAY AWAY!!! It was obvious from the get go that they had no reason to deny my claim but still did. Escalated it and internally and was still denied. Only after I went to the Ombudsman did they turn around and approve my claim. And now, even after having the decision over turned, no one has contacted me re my claim, no one got back to me after the decision was over turned. My entire experience with MFC Innovation Group was horrible. Not to mention the amounts of money I had to spend on airtime because they do not reply on email and cut your call after a while.
