MFC / innovation group

<p>On the 19 july i requested a extended service plan for my car at Mfc and i chose the one R222 (two services 80000 and 90000 km )monthly because is the one i can afford before the service policy my installment was R3054. I received a addendum document stating that my car installment has gone up to R 3424 ?????this is not what i agreed to when i took the plan now they are charging me extra money. Yesterday i bought R160 airtym calling them trying to resolve this but no one is willing to help me they keep on tranferring me from department to department when i ask them to call me back they told me their phones they only receive calls yoh . yoh poor service </p>
