MfC Innovation

I have a finance deal with Mfc,the warranty is with Innovation they call because of my policies was about to expire,took out a new 1,bear in mind the car is on my husband name,but when they wanted to sell me something they didn't worry about dealing with me,Authorised letter from my husband was send to them for whenever i need to call them,funny today i called to find out something on the policy they telling me that they can assist me.i have been sending emails no response,but when i told them im going to cancel the policy a few months ago they were quick to assist me.calls emails. And they got the letter from my husband but today nothing is on the system.so they can help me,they are really a joke this Innovation team
