MFC incorrectly deducts money. Lies, doesn't repay

Last month i had an accident where my car was written off. After making a few phone calls and doing all the things requested the insurances paid out in full. MFC then proceeded to deduct over R2k off my account even though account was paid up. I phoned them 2 weeks ago and the agent explained that everything was sorted out and a repayment was logged it would take 5 - 7 days. When i phoned them last week (after waiting 7 days) about this they suddenly say no the account is not closed, and the repayment can only be logged after the account is closed which could take 5 - 7 days and i owed them almost 2k again. So they were going to take more incorrectly (I have proof that insurances paid in full). I asked them to send me an email detailing the events, agent said email would be sent. It is now 5 days later and no communication (the email i asked for)or correction has happened. Phoned them again today, was on hold until i was put through to some machine asking if i want to check my messages. It seems they take money that is not owed to them and then lies, makes excuses and just refuse to communicate with you to correct their mistake. NEVER USE MFC
