MFC incorrect arrears

I bought my car through MFC in 2020 and I have never missed a payment not even once.I am disappointed to see that MFC has updated my profile on credit bureau that I am in arrears for 9 months,which not the case and it is affecting my credit score. This needs to be sorted out ASAP.
