MFC Inconsiderate

I have two cars financed by MFC, this year I have been struggling financially and Covid 19 has impacted a lot of us. I requested a one month break from this company for one of the cars, they refused.

I wondered what type of organisation is this, I have brought business to this company but they could not have any compassion of its customers and I believe if I was of a different race they would have considered my plea.

Some business assist their customer when they have come forward to say I have a problem I need help but this organisation refused, its a pity we black people have no other resources rather than to rely on these organisation for financial help but if it were different situation I would never involve myself to this organisation
