Mfc ***********

I paid my vehicle off in November 2020 and even on the Website it showed im paid off. Phoned Mfc last week to ask why i havn't received my registration papers yet just to be told by someone in legal department that i still owe R1700. she was unable to assist us further but promised that financial will contact me. Phoned again to hear now that we owed R1300 but still we couldnt be assisted. "Anton" was supposed to contact me and yet still nothing. im selling my vehicle and now im stuck, my buyer thinks im not legit because i can't present my papers. i think it is completely unfair that i look like a ass beacause they cant do their job
