MFC incompetence
After numerous email communications to MFC they approve a holiday plan as tfe only assistance.i was retrenched, I sent them the U19 and retrenchment letter.they agree to the payment holiday but no further assistance due corvid...they deduct money from my account leaving my account in a minus and yse the credit agreement as excuse, they the refund the money and then the next day deduct it again..my money not safe with Nedbank..

01 Feb 2021, 10:41But this has been investigated ruled a d thrnvyhe rules change. I actually frustrated with the end results everytime I speak to a consultant...they say one thing a d then my a ojbtvis still debited whether their is enough funds or not...
