MFC incapable of non telephonic corespondence

Another company that does not want to deal with people other than telephonically, these companies need a wake up call they are excluding a large comunity of people who cannot do business telephonically. I attempted to ask them to contact me by eMail, instead I have a slew of missed calls fromtheir call centre and a reply to my eMail stating "Sales can only be done telephonically." This is absolute nonsense FIX YOUR PROCESSES to allow for sales to be done in written form, I cannot agree to contracts telephonically as I am unable to hear the information being given to me, and I will not (and should not have to say I agree to things I haven't properly understood.
