MFC in breach of vehicle finance

I would like to register a complaint against your NEDBANK, subsidiary MFC. In 2017, I entered into vehicle agreement with MFC and signed an agreement to pay my car installment on 25th of every month.To my surprise today (24.02.2020) MFC breached this agreement by deducting the vehicle installment from my bank account without my consent. This unfair and selfish action left my bank account with minus meaning that I must pay unnecessary penaltity fees /interest to my bank. I having been taking vehicle finance with different banks since 2007 when I started working and I never ever missed on my payments. I feel MFC is treating me like unreliable person who will abscond on his payment agreement.I am extremely disappointed and angry with MFC. When I called their call centre I was told that they running a campaign to encourage people to pay their instalments early. I told the consultants that I received the vague SMS but I never agreed or signed anything that say I must pay on 24th of every month. Due this reckless action of MFC,I have suffered a financial loss (even if it's not substantial) and credit score with my bank. If I skip my installment or pay late MFC would not hesitate to send this information credit bureaus. I am toying around with an idea of lodging a complaint against MFC with NCR for breach of financial agreement.
