MFC *******ly charging

I repeatedly sent emails from beginning of April requesting the payment relief holiday and was never contacted or confirmed if it would be possible. End of April my account was debited my normal premium. Today I received a statement will an additional cost of R 522.15 which was never discussed or mentioned to me as well as my final payment premium being increased. As far as I am aware due to this lock-down and the economy premiums were supposed to be decreased not increased.
