MFC - Help me Settle

I have had a great relationship with MFC since I bought my car in 2017. I have 2 missed payments that will make up the settlement account and for weeks I have been calling around and emailing all the various people they ask me to and I just get no response. It is very frustrating when you are trying to settle and account and get the car registration certificate so that the process can be finalized but you get sent through to different department2 more than 3 times per call.

I need this resolved!
