Mfc has ripped me off costed me over the purchase agreement.

September 2012 I bought my yaris. It was an exciting time as my 1st owned car. The service representative bought my old vs polo which I used as a deposit. He had not re registered the old polo in his name. From 2013 calls to cmh umhlanga no luck as they cant geave him I knew it was 6 years to pay off. I didn't know mfc had changed to balloon I was suppose to be completed with payments by October 2018 In 2015 I queried why mfc added over R40k.todate I have received unreasonable responses that does not add up. The dates on the responses states i was on debt review 2018 yet i only was in 2015 for approx 6months All i requested was total paid verse purchase agreement.and why so much was added on The emails are statements not referring to my request.
