MFC harassment

While I was over due to the installment I send the grievance letter to explain why I am over due bank statement ID and the letter to explain my situation. So they called I made arrangements to pay full installment and half of installment of ereas after that they decline my arrangements they want double installment I sad nop I can't I don't pay mfc only that's why I was recovering the court order letter for sherif to collect the car and by that time I am busy paying what we agree on.the sherif indeed go yo my parents place to harassing my parents on why did they took the car while fail to pay and my mum was admitted to hospital fortunately she just arrived home a week at home then the sherif start to yell at her I was so ****ed like he'll I even call and swear at them with their mothers 🤞after that they force me to take their insurance they threatened me if I don't they will stil fetch the car.the send their agen women to opress me to double the installment she's a **** that women too they include thokozile in the legal department that lady she's rude and uneducated bad manner indeed so **** MFC never infuture work with you guys
