MFC Gave My Vehicle NaTIS to Insurer After Account Prescribed – ******** and Unacceptable

I am extremely disappointed with MFC (Motor Finance Corporation) for ********ly releasing the NaTIS certificate of my vehicle to the insurance company after they issued me a paid-up letter confirming that my account was settled via prescription.

Prescription means the bank lost all legal right to claim further payment — and ownership was never legally transferred.I am the lawful owner, and the insurance company has no right to the NaTIS without my signed consent.This has caused financial loss, stress, and potential *****ulent ownership issues.

MFC has now told me to get a lawyer and refuses to assist further. Their conduct is ********* and possibly ********.

MFC must take responsibility, retrieve and return my NaTIS document.I want a formal apology and accountability for mishandling my personal property.

I am escalating this to the Ombudsman for Banking Services and taking legal action with my attorney.
