mfc full of ****

I am appalled at the service with mfc.I have taken vehicle finance recently.apart from the unnecessary phone calls made to me,there's also some stupid insurance they have enrolled me for which they apparently cancelled but the debit order went off my account Anyway this morning when I called them up last week they confirmed the first debit order goes off on 25 October but they debited me this morning! What the helll is going on?I demand a reversal as this is their messup.I have had no problem with the previous finance I took with them but this is unacceptable.they confirm something but then do the opposite.someone senior better contact me or they can take their finance back.I will not deal with *********** staff
