Mfc *****

About 2 years ago I bought a new car, financing was done through mfc, I also got warranty, tyre and rim cover, scratch and dent cover. I've been struggling for more then a year to put in a claim for small stone chips on my car, I had 2 tyre bursts and wanted to claim. 1st incident my rim got damage, I called emailed them with no response, the second incident the same no feedback from them also went on their website where I had to load images of my car, tyre and license disk toe put in claim its been 3weeks still no response. I have send a email to get documents of the policies I have with them I got a reply said it will be send to me in 5-7 working days its been 3weeks haven't received anything. Mfc don't know what client service is and yet you pay every month for all these covers but when it comes to claims then they are nowhere to be found.
