Mfc financing dealers "service and delivery" fee with out query

I bought a brand new haval h1 2018 model. Advertised at 179 000. Now there is a 3 in 1 care wash thats standard yet im charged as a extra almost R2000. There on my copy it sais "on the road fees" that is mandatory yet also its charged as a extra almost R5000. On Mfc copy it is called service ane delivery charge, i collected the vehicle myself. These additional charges should either be included in displayed price or not at all. How can bank just finance extra stuff like this. I have tried dealer direct with 0 luck. Im told its mandatory well thats not good enough its a extra i dont want. I want this matter behind me. Buying a new vehicle is meant to be a happy time.
