MFC Financed Vehicle

I'm disappointed with MFC, I bought a vehicle through finance 2 months ago at WF Auto Trader in Parrow (Auto One) and it started giving me different problems after couple of days and eventually stopped working exactly after a month of having it and when I approached MFC about cancelling the contract as the vehicle is not performing to its standards and it's faulty. MFC said to me they won't assist me because they have no jurisdiction in this matter. I think this case can be solved if MFC can play their part. I'm now with the vehicle that is not working because the dealership is refusing to terminate the contract and to fix it because they claim it's a third party damage while they didn't even check the car. MFC failed me big time.
