Mfc finance victimizing people

Mfc finance employees are something else. Service I have received from them doesn’t get any better. I’m still in disbelief. I have an account in areas with them that I have been trying to arrange a payment for with no assistance except being told by the manager Zak Suleman “I cannot afford the car and he’s arranging the car to be collected from me” Wow... this account was last paid in June. Due to unforeseen circumstances that took place I couldn’t pay, but called to make an arranging for this month end Aug for areas of R5100 to be cleared and he said “they will not make that arrangement” This is after I have lodged a complaint against his team member whose been also not acknowledging and processing my requests. Instead they treat you like a *****. A lady named Chantelle from complaints department even told me the manager would call me to apologize for mistreated. Guess what? The manager Zak called to insult me and tell me I don’t afford. Their manner of approach stinks. The manager Zak goes as far as invading my WhatsApp, flood it with messages simply because I was in the meeting and couldn’t take his call. What kind of service and approach is this? The disrespect? None of them will ever take you through payment options they have,but very quick to rudely threaten you of taking the car back. Is this what they’re trained to do ? To victimize people?
