MFC Failed us

I'm very upset, They always say if you have a problem please do not keep quite phone and make arrangements to avoid going back forth. But what makes me angry is my husband phoned MFC for assistance and ask what he can do we really had bad luck and unforeseen circumstances in AUGUST and we won't be able to make the installment this end August on our car they FAILED to help us and now we are getting threatening letters from MFC stating on legal actions and repossessing for ONE months payments. You failed us you failed to assist us we did not hear anything from MFC after my husband asked for assistance and then the people that you talk to is so rude to you like they don't want to help. On you're online website it shows MFC can assist if you can't make payment and they give you options now you want to treat us like this after we tried to follow the protocols. This is pathetic and I'm going to take this further with the ombudsman. if we did not try YES you can threaten and take actions but we came to you guys first for help and you failed us. I will take this further where ever i can but we are not going to leave this.
