MFC failed to hand over log book for 4 months

I have paid up my car finance with MFC in November 2014. They said that they will deliver my car log book within a week. It has been 4 months since and I haven't received the original log book for my car.<br> <br> I have called numerous times, and all they do in the call centre is transfer me to 10 different people who are *********** and cannot assist me and the last person eventually hangs up the call without saying anything.<br> <br> I am going to take the matter straight to my lawyers if I do not receive my car papers within 2 days as I have already waited 4 months which is ridiculous.<br> <br>
