MFC ****

I have been financed by MFC for the past 5 years. My last payment is supposed to be on the 27th of July which is my ballon payment. Suddenly adjustments have been made into my account and my ballon payment is now due on the 27th of August on one statement and the other on the 27th of September. I called in to ask what was happening and the guy by the name of Njabulo that I spoke to advised there was an error made on their side which he could not explain and said his manager will call me back which he did not. What surprises me is the fact that I never made any amendments to my account and a month ago I got an sms from MFC stating that my ballon payment is due on the 27th of July and I must advice on how I plan on repaying it. Now suddenly my account has been adjusted and they have added another month to my payment terms but no changes on the principal amount. I think I am being ****med and no one is taking accountability.
