MFC extended warrenty

I had a Chef Spark and it was finance with mfc. I also took out a extended warrenty. About a month ago the car's injectors got faulty and they told me I must take it to a Chef dealer. Fair. I live in Robertson and I told them the nearest Chef dealer is in Worcester and I cant drive my car there because of the injector. After a few conversations with them they told my I can take it to Boland Motors in Robertson and that my warrenty will expire in Desenber 2021. They fixed my car and a week ago I sold it. Now MFC says that the warrenty expiered in May 2021??????? Is this fair?
