MFC Extended Mechanical Warranty ****

MFC Innovations Group. The worst add-on services for a vehicle. I took an extended mechanical warranty from them, a year and half later I want to know if the policy is active they tell me I don't have a policy that time they are deducting the money for it R350.00 to be precise. MFC will not change your details correctly when you ask them to also. Don't know if they hire substandard or they just don't do training for staff. Anyways, I will never again take vehicle finance from MFC.
