MFC Expecting me to pay the price of their mess up

I bought my jeep about 5 years ago. MFC promised to make contact once the residual amount became available which they did not. I then continued to pay my monthly premium as expected. I get a letter on the 14th saying I have R67k in arrears and I need to make contact in 10 days or legal action, repossession of my vehicle and legal costs will be attached re the collection. In shock, I immediately call and struggle to reach Mzwandile Masondo, I call 6 times and finally speak to Rolaine Oosthuizen who lets me know that Mzwandile is not in and sends and email to his manager, Pilane Ndaba, asking him to call me back with urgency. I call again later in the day and speak to Jonathan, and he lets me know that Pilane is not available and will also send a request for me to be contacted. I called the morning of the 15th and still could not speak to Pilane or Mzwandile (all my calls are recorded so I can supply proof). Upon reaching Mzwandile this morning, he tells me that my account is already with legal and a court order attached - I ask him how is this possible as I had 10 days to reply prior, he says legal action transpired prior to the letter being sent out. I ask him how as that is in complete contradiction of what is said in the letter - and now the amount increases from R67k to R80K???? How can it be handed over to legal in a day if I am given 10 days to reply before it should, how could a court order be attached in less than a day, and how could legal action be actioned outside of a letter I received. This is a gross violation of my rights. MFC I need answers - are you in the business of just repossessing customers' property when it's almost paid up or are you in the business of financing vehicles? MFC, your staff messed up here and now you are expecting the consumer to pay the price - what happened to TCF? Youre disgusting!
