MFC *********!!!!

Nedbank MFC started hoarding my account on the 22nd of November and they deducted an X amount which was the existing installment before the interest rate change. I am now today getting an email saying that my instalment from the interest rate change is Y which was effective from the 22nd November 2024. I am also paying for services I have never used on my account,I believe the business is *********.
