MFC - Duplicate Natis Docs

Good day

It's the 23rd today and I still have not had a response in regards to this issue.

I called on the 17th and was requested to resend the initial email which was sent on the 3rd

I called yesterday and spoke to Dipuo who advised I will get a call back yesterday, that didn't happen! Why am I surprised, I mean you guys haven't even auctioned my initial email request.

I called today and spoke to Tristan who advised the matter has been escalated, this is the worst customer interaction I have ever experienced.

You guys have identified that there was a duplicate, great! We have now figured out what the was, so it's simple then, print out the duplicate document for me, if I have to come and collect I will but it's easier to courier or email, not rocket science! Just send customer the duplicate document, especially when we now know that this is the problem!

Kindly send me the document, today!
