MFC Dropping The Ball

So MFC Nedbank finance my car, about a month or so later I get a call offering me an add on Tyre and Rim policy, takes around 8 months of nagging to get my worded policy, which I only received after complaining on Hello Peter ??? Time to claim, supp**** all the requested docs, but here is the problem, I bought replacement tyres on my company account, but MFC tyre and rim wont pay me out until I provide them with a copy of a paid invoice, I have an invoice and I have the tyres, I put on two and claimed for 1, my company has a 30 day account. with a tyre supplier as we have trucks and do transport.So 30days later I have provided the stamped paid invoice from my suppliers accounts lady, forwarded the invoice to mfctyreandrim (innovations group) and now they silent ? what a bunch of loseres, I never asked for this policy, you hunted me down and offered it to me, you were also paid for it upfront, honor your policy you bunch of wets !!!
