MFC don’t value their clients
I have been a client of Mfc since 2012 when I bought my first vehicle. I have never skipped a single payment if they can take your time and look at my profile from 2012 to 2019 when I had to leave my job at Nedbank. That was a decision I took to save my daughters life because she was injured on the brain during birth, shes had a 8 brain operations and she recovered in January 2020 that’s when I was ready to go back to work.
Due to Covid it became a challenge to find a job in 2020 I only got a job 3 months ago this year. Upon receiving my job the first thing I did was contact Mfc to make a payment arrangement. I was unlucky to call someone so heartless that he didn’t want to even listen to my case. I even told Mfc lawyers that I’m willing to pay up to 20k monthly to fix these areas and get up to date with my account but they declined me on my first offer. I would understand if I had been given a single chance to pay and then I never stuck with the arrangements. But I never got a single chance from Mfc after years of being a loyal client. Today Mfc treats me like a common *****.
