MFC Don't Care A Flying Fish

I have settled my account and a week ago requested the NATIS documents. No one bothers to return my email or even give me a call regarding this. Today I called to find out what is happening, and the phone got cut and the consultant does not even call me back after confirming my cell number. They are quick to call when they want payment but once you're finished, they don't give a damn.
