MFC doing as they please...

I am really amazed at how MFC and Nedbank do things... if they are not moving your account from one agent to the other they are doing as they please with protocol.

I made an arrangement to cover my arrears by 15th March, the 1st payment was to be made on the 9th of March but i was unable to make that payment, to my surprise on the 12th of March i had already received a message informing me my vehicle will be on auction on the 24th of March. WHY WAS I NOT GIVEN UNTIL THE 15th of March before my car can even be put on auction lists?

I spoke to so many people, i have even lost some of the names. The last email i sent was to a lady who is said to be the Auction House Manager. I have no knowledge of my car going on auction, i know i had an arrangement.

Can MFC stop with this behaviour as if they do not know we all faced a pandemic. CALL ME URGENTLY!
